Called for refund as the product broke out my skin with exema scales for 3 days.  They refused after 4 hours of being on the phone with them, my husband got involved as they were making discouraging remarks about why did I order the trial for $5.95.  I wanted to try it, but I was enrolled in program where they were taking $89 from my bank account.  They claimed they had an electronic signature.  I asked them to send it to me, but they refused.  After 4 hours on the phone, they still refused to refund.  I made a complaint to the bank, as well.  But when I got off the phone after asking for the alleged electronic signature, low and behold, the refund was in my account.  Stay Away!   They claim that they are backed by Dr. OZ.  However, I'm not certain if that is even true.
