What this person fails to mention is that he was in an accident with a rental vehicle and because he failed fill out the rental paperwork properly the accident was not covered so his pay was deducted. He also told the company he was older than he actually was. Encompass Media continues to produce great promos and pays in great timing compared to other NYC agencies.

I was also told that I just need to bring someone and sign, and the paperwork would be ready. If there was a problem with any paperwork it was because of Randy Taylor or Encompass Media Group.
In addition, Randy Taylor REPEATEDLY assured me that he had sent a check as a fuel supplement and starting bonus, and again I have all the emails, when I agreed to take the position. Encompass Media Group and Randy Taylor never sent any fuel money.
I followed the wishes of Encompass Media Group and Randy Taylor and now they are trying to pin THEIR mistakes on me. Almost two years now and still no money; to most people that is horrible timing.
