Endless Youth, Youtful Essence Sent products ripoff I did not order, charged my credit card, no contact info to dispute. IRVINE California

I origianly called via telephone prior to August of 2003 to order Youthful Essence by Susan Lucci. While ordering the youthful Essence beauty poducts I was offerd a free trial of Endless Youth Vitamins, saying I could cancel later if I did not like them. I refused and told them abloslutely not, I dont want a free trial dont send it to me. They did anyway.

I recontacted Youthful essence who disavowed any connection with endless youth and claimed they were not able to cancel the endless youth product but did not have any address or phone number I could contact endless youth at. To date I have received 4 endless youth shipments 1 free and 3 I was charged for. Each shipment had no order sheet and no way of contacting them by to stop the shipments.

Since I had no way of contacting Endless Youth, I emailed Youthful Essence in an attempt to get them to stop the endless youth products and this did not work. I finally had to contact my credit car company and stop the charges that way. Right now I am working with my credit car company to get back my a total of a 100 dollars in charges. My search on the web has lead to very little info on the Endless Youth Products. For all I know there may be dog poop in them since their market practices are so questionable.
