Rick Ostapovich a CPA at Engilis Payne Kmetz & Daley engaged in financial fraud and the preparation of false and misleading financial information.  This financial information was used to entice people into investing in a bankrupt company.  Rick Ostapovich also acting as a lawyer and his accounting firm misrepresented the corporation and the owner, financial statements were falsified, losses hidden, sold stock they had previously sold to another person. They sold me a bankrupt corporation. I was not able to operate and was out of business in less than 3 months. I was also sold stock that another party claimed they owned and Rick Ostapovich and Engilis Payne Kmetz & Daley knew about because they had brought the person in under false pretenses.
