Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I have purchased a product only to request a refund after briefly viewing the product to find out that it wasn't for me. I have sent 4 emails and still haven't heard back and there is a page that says cancel memebership however you cannot cancel your membership on that page instead it only shows a long discription of why you should stay with the company. There are many pages that states refunds will be given out 100% but haha guess not. I am going to press charges and contact my lawyer to see what can be done about this.

Go to the receipt you received from Clickbank for your order with Mind Reality.
Go to the section that has a link to provide customer service for this transaction.
Click on what problem are you having and one of the options will be cancel my subscription.
Click on cancel my subscription and hit submit.
I cancelled my subscription with the above information and received confirmation of cancellation within 24 hours.
