When we returned our rental car, the Prattville Alabama Enterprise Rental employee reported the car had been in an accident to our insurance company so that they could keep the "deductable" of "our" insurance. The car was not in an accident as the small dent that was discovered was on "top" of the left front bumper without any damage to the front of the bumper, the side of the panel, the grill or hood. This is obviously an example of a business scamming our car insurance company.

Accident Claim Changed to Damage Report

Good news. We got a call from the Regional Vice President apologizing for the miss filed accident claim by the Prattville office. He stated they should have worked a damage report and not an "accident" claim charging us our insurance deductible. He also stated we'll get a refund of our deductible. More to follow when we get the deductible returned.
