on november 23, 2010 i met with andy, sale rep for this company and asked if i wanted to be in thier magazine, said yes, gave $149.00 check...was told the ad would be out January 1, 2011 at my local store...i called 800-350-8738 the next day and told them no one ever showed and no magazines every at the store, to i spoke to martha and she said she would send me out a copy, well as a month goes by, i still have not recieved a copy of their magazine, so i left 3 more messages, then after a week, i recieve an invoice stating that i owe $824.00....as i left tons of messages about this bill, i never got a call back, just voicemails...so today i spoke with several people...trisha/anna ( supervisor ) martha and nicole, they told me the time differance of returning calls, i live in the same time zone..then they said my ad wouldnt go out till febuary, well, its febuary, i havent gotten a call, but finally spoke to anna...she said since they have the wrong email address that she will send my proof...i told her i was going to file a report with the better business since i have not gotten any proof no conformation and a bill for $824.00 and no work shown for it....they did cash my check..but no work ever done or shown...if you call the following numbers 800-266-9104 you just get voice mails, then there is another number 800-266-9104....818-576-0034 goes straight to a fax machine...i was never given a copy of the whole contract, never shown a proof of my ad, no one ever calls me back, all they do is try to fight you on the phone and yell at you, telling you to calm down, that you owe the money and that they will give he correct email to the ad room......after waiting 3 months of no ad/proof or a call i would like to have my money back of $149.00...i no longer want this ad with this company, there is no magazine rack at my local store for them as anna stated there is a rack....the only paper racks there are for my local paper and for rental propertys, will send photo of all local racks if needed....so beware of this company......i am now not going to pay for thios bill and will report to the credit agencys if this shows on my credit report
