 I seen an ad online for some face cream. It stated that if you pay the shipping and handling charges of $4.95, they would send you a free sample. Seen a web address on the page that said if I have any problems with the order to email. I emailed three times the night the next day to cancel the order and shipment and never received a response. Didn't see a number to call on there. Looked at my bank statement one day and there was an $89 charge on my account from a company I didn't recognize. I called and ask what it was and it was about the face cream. I informed the lady that I didn't want it and didn't want my card charged. She said they couldn't give me my money back. I informed her about the web address and told her I sent three emails without a response. She said you can't email that you have to call. I ask why someone didn't respond back and tell me that and she just kept saying you sign an agreement. She said that there was a number on there to but clearly there wasn't. Told me they couldn't refund my money but they could discount the next order and I said no. She eventually hung up on me after I keep saying this was a scam. I had no clue I was getting into an auto pay thing. Thought paying s&h for a sample not bad. It's crazy how they can miss lead people and not stat everything there in front of you. I guess fine print, lack of info and loopholes. I just don't want other people to get ripped off.
