This person is demanding the highest deposit ebay allows before vehicles and title are examined. Cites previous security issues such as people shopping. Obviously the vehicles are poorly described and previous buyers got there to pick up vehicles with obvious ommitted errors such as bad engines, trannys missing titles, etc. I tested this seller and they would not agree to a cash payment in person, big red flag. Also veicles have no description and no phone number. O feedback rating with bad feedback form other buyers.
