Environmental Quality Assurance A card was sent, called and a technician came by, tested my water and said it was not very clean. Installed a water filtration system and charged me $3,900.00 for a system that cost only $675.00. they took advantance of me, I have an immune deficiency. I would like to sue them to get my money back. Pinellas Park Florida

I was sent a card in the mail, I thought if was from our local water department.  I called Environmental Quality Assurance and they sent a technician out.

The technician tested my water and told me it was not very clean, and that I needed a system that would clean the water (I already had a system in place).

The salesman set up and appointment and the guy came out to install the system, they told me it cost $3,900.00, which I paid them.

I was told if I pay of the balance before one year, I would not be charged any interest, which I did.

Now I find out that these people are scam artist, and I would like a refund of all, or the difference for the cost of the system.

If I do not get my money back, I will get a lawyer and have them deal with Environmental Quality Assurance
