I never bullied you at all. Our agreement was we would have three days as a test period and we certainly ran sufficient water since there were 4 of us taking showers, we did several loads of wash and also watering our plants besides pressure cleaned half the driveway. Since you failed to install what was demonstrated and a different brand as we were shown no salt filter and you installed a salt system was another reason of a different brand from what your salesman discussed with us. As far as being professional you and your salesman arguing and cussing at each other during your phone conversations is not professional and tends to show disrespect and the attitude of the company. That does not work in a family setting along with bragging that you have zero complaints when there are two after researching the internet. The way you price out your system is a high pressure sales and you did discount thousands to make the sale. Some Seniors that have never been in sales would have trusted you as we should basically trust but verify.

After I verified and compared your system last night I found you much higher than others selling the same system. As I pointed out to you I also have a business and try and have fair and competitive prices not high as a percentage as yours starting at $6,496.00 and reducing it to $4,995.00. That to me is price gouging! When your plumber removed the system after day two he failed to turn on the water and I have a gas hot water system. Upon getting home at 10pm and getting ready for a shower I found that your technician failed to turn the water on and also cover up the two holes he dug! I have a medical problem and can not get on my two knees so I had to lay down in the rain on the grass to turn on the water which was uncalled for and unprofessional by your staff. You are correct I am completely unsatisfied with your company and have asked several times for you not to contact me but you keep refusing so I feel you are harassing now! I hope you stop at once.
