Epassporte.com RipOFF, NonSecure, Liars Don't Know? Internet

Someone used my check card info to open an account at Epassporte.com The site claims that they 'verify' everyone creating a new account. The proceedure is said to require the creator to verify a charge made by epassporte to there the creators account. The creator can then enter the charge and proceed to open the account with epassporte.com.

If this is the case, and indeed true then someone was able to view my account information as well as use my name and card number to create this account. Frankly, I don't beleive epassporte or anyone that works there.

I've talked with multiple people in there customer support department (That's what they call it?) and the problem was never fixed. I had a fraud claim open with them and they closed it down, said that it was verified and for me to contact someone locally. As all that was happening I was contacted by someone from epassporte saying he needed my credit card number in order to refund the money? Huh?

Ofcourse I didn't give it to him however I did call and talk to the manager at epassporte. I asked him that if I had an account with him, as he insist, then to give me the info I needed to access it. He said it was close so I asked him where my money was. He said I would have to contact the accounting department but he didn't have the number?

So, either this site is involved in this scam OR they are getting attacked SO much they can't trust anyone. In the mean time, I'm out 500.00 bucks while the crook is living the good life.
