On 1-15-02 I went to a grant seminar in Seattle. A nice presentation made me very interested in it, but the $1000+ price tag made it out of reach at the time. I was disappointed, but they said another opportunity would be coming up after the break. I should have ran.

Epenzio put on a slick presentation. Everything sounded great. We were told it was so easy, that even an elderly woman without computer experience could set-up a merchant website. This was music to my ears. I just bought a computer and was beginning to learn. And they talked about the great merchandise at the on-line warehouse. Very easy to sell. Many people lined up at the back of the room to buy this package.

This was on a tuesday night and it was getting late. Many of us had to go to work in the morning. They were rushing people through quickly. Many of the papers we signed weren't filled out all of the way. People asked about this and were told that it was okay. They would be filled out later. I was given the impression that everything HAD to be filled out that night. Or you would miss out on something great. I should have known better, but I was roped in with all the promises. I was excited about putting my computer to work for me.

I was toward the back of the line. After signing everything, I was told all of the materials were gone and that they would be mailed to me. The only thing I was left with were the papers I had just signed. How am I supposed to look over the whole package within the 3 day cancellation period when I didn't have everything.

At the presentation, I thought I was going to set-up a website to sell things at a reasonable price. When I recieved my materials, it mostly pushed setting up websites to sell to other people. I'm not a salesman, so this really turned me off.

I then started working on the tutorial. Confusing. I then looked at the merchandise at the online warehouse. Not impressed at all. They had talked about all the name brand items. I didn't see much. How am I to sell products that I don't believe in? And to set up a website that confusing.

If I was to have seen this within the 3 days, I would have gotten out. The many different fees taken out for services that I wasn't ready to use didn't help either. I cancelled these fees after a few months. All except the $99.95/ month I was stuck with. So I resigned myself to take it as a loss and learn from it. Then I came across Rip-off Report.com.

I read all of the reports and realized I wasn't alone. I recognized some of the complaints as my own. I should have been more cautious when signing my name. I was just under the impression that I would take home the package, check it out and then decide before the 3 days were up.

My wife and I are not very rich. We just seem to get by. This makes money very tight. All I wanted was a little to supplement our income. I made 5 payments of $29.95 to Bring It Home,Inc. for $149.95. This was for a monthly hosting fee that was never used. I paid 4 monthly fees of $10.00 for a gateway access fee. Never used. I called and cancelled these nickel and dimers. As for ePenzio, $99.95 for 7 months and $100.00 for 12 months for a total of $2,089.60.

I heard a class action suit was being filed or has already been. I would love to be a part of this. I'm also going to file reports with the various government agencies that were mentioned in these other reports. At the very least, I hope this warns other consumers to be wary of companies like these. I know I'am definately going to do my homework before I buy anything major from now on.

I wish to thank the people who run this website. It is a great tool for the little people out there. Also to the people who take the time to write these reports. If anyone has any information that would help, please tell me. Thanks.
