To The Debtor, Creditors of the Debtor and Interested Parties:

Pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule 2002, the United States Trustee requests that you take notice that it's Motion to Dismiss or Convert a Chapter 11 case to one under Chapter 7 or, establish deadlines to confirm a plan of reorganization, will be called up for hearing before the Honorable Glen E. Clark, Chief Judge, United States Bankruptcy Court, on the 8th Day of June, 2004 at 10:00 AM, in Room 369, Frank E. Moss Courthouse, 350 South Main Street, Salt Lake City, Utah 84101, or as soon thereafter as counsel may be heard.

Any party-in-interest having an objection to the relief requested in the Motion, must file their objection with the Court, and serve a copy upon the United States Trustee, at least (3) three business days prior to the date of the hearing. In the absence of an objection, the relief requested in the Motion may be grated without a hearing.

The foregoing motion may be examined in the Office of the Court Clerk, Room #301 Frank E. Moss United States Courthouse, 350 South Main Street, Salt Lake City, Utah 84101. Parties in interest may obtain a copy upon request to the Office of the United States Trustee, Boston Building, suite 100, #9 Exchange Place, Salt Lake City, Utah 84111-2709.
