Ephren Taylor, City Capital Corp --Investment Scam! BEWARE! -- Raleigh, North Carolina

I participated in their Credit-Investor program whereby they buy properties then rehabs and sells it as I was convinced that they are doing a "Socially-Conscious Investing To Empower Urban Communities". I invested my 401K money and purchased a rental property in Kansas through their Credit-Investor program. They promised that I will get 15-20% equity and immediate cash flow and the rental payments are guaranteed for the first full year if it's ever vacant. They did not keep their promise. I only got paid for 1.5 months and not paid for the rest of the year. I also discovered that they posted an amount less than the agreed monthly payment. The following year I only got paid for 7 months. I called to follow-up but the phone number is no longer in service. I sent email to the client support manager Kinetra Dixon, but I just got an auto-reply to forward all client service emails to an alternate email address which was never answered. Since I am not getting any response from phone calls and emails, I visited the Raleigh Office in Brier Creek Pkwy and to my surprise their office is no longer there. They did not inform me of their whereabouts. Now I'm lost. I wanted to get out of this loan but I don't know what to do. I worked hard for that money for more than 12 years and now all of a sudden it's gone.
