People who have a seizure are domestic refugees because of Buck vs Bell, a U.S. Supreme Court Decision that the Epilepsy Foundation has conspired to keep on the books all these years in order to deny Human Rights to a group of people based on some particularity. which is, by definition, a crime against humanity. Because of Buck vs Bell, there is an ongoing 82 year long and counting American genocide underway against America's most vulnerable people.
