Eplaza Sales sold me phones that could not be activated on metro pcs and were not completely refurbished to new as stated. Refuses to give me a refund of $1440.00 after items were returned and signed for by him, Henry Alder. Stafford Texas

I found this person thru Ebay and did not want the qty of phones he was selling. Called him and he assured me that these phones would be activated with no problem . Bought 10 cricket phones and 10 metro pcs krazr k1m phones. Some of the phones were scratched and they were in boxes that were mislabeled.Called him and stated I wanted to return all the phones,he said he would issue refund after phones were returned.Sent phones back by fedex ,signature required. Product was delivered and signed for by Henry Alder on June 12,2009 and he has avoided my phone calls and texts and request for refund.$1440.00 is a lot of money. avoid this company .
