equinox and beauty and truth both these companies off free sample of there product just pay shipping and handling but later charging ur account 78 dollars and 99 dollars for equinox. this is a rip off I told them ill send there s offered free samples of product then on 14 day took money out of account I never agreed for them to charge me 99 dollars for a sample I already pd shipping and handling when I contacted them they were Internet, Internet

 I ordered a sample of equinox off internet and agreed to pay shipping and handling for a free sample not seeing that they were going to charge me 99 dollars on my account when I contacted them I told them I never agreed to pay 99 dollars for a sample product and I wanted them to take it off my account.They told me they would not return my money I told them I will return ur sample a sample is a sample not a product u use it if u like it u order the product . I never ordered it only the sample I would send there so called sample back but they need to reimburse my account they refused. I told them i will contact better business burea on them. Said they dont care I can do what I want. Also ordered a sample of a wrinkle cream they done same thing took 78 dollars off my account told me to send the sample back will see if they reimburse my account .it was www.findbeautyandtruth.com both these companies advertise on facebook. want my money reimbursed these products arent worth the handling and shipping let alone what they are stealing from my account.
