Eric Edenholm Zoey Edenholm Zoey Air, LLC. Scottsdale's Notorious Con-Artist Scottsdale AZ

I was one of many people scammed by Eric Edenholm. His criminal enterprise is designed by Arizona attorney Mike Abel. Who is an agent to the following LLC's created by Abel in Arizona, Ohio and Delaware. He also operates an escrow and title company ensuring his clients personal information is private which allows them to “fly under the radar” from the public eye. It a good thing the FBI has a few more tools.

·         Blackwood Holdings, LLC ( LLC out of NEVIS)

·         SPASCHEDULER, LLC - operated by Eric's ex-wife Jaynette Denham who is a documented co-conspirator in his affairs. Homes, Cars and businesses run through her name.

Eric takes your "investment" to be used for purchasing Exotic Cars as investments or purchases a car for you and simply never delivers it. Or you invest in his “lending company”, or gives you the perception of investing in hard to find and highly desirable cars. After he has you wire your funds  to Zoey Air, LLC. you are then told day after day, week after week and year after year (long after the cars have sold) that he is working on getting the money to you. He has a set of excuses as to why the wire, cashier check or cash is delayed and with a straight face lies non-stop. 

He has open judgements and currently being sued in Montana, California and Arizona.

He has defrauded and stolen millions from close friends, family and even from his own children’s trust who he has abandoned as their legal father and according to court documents doesn’t even pay his child support. Eric defrauded his own brother Andy from his grandmothers estate in Palos Verdes Estates California after she died.

He spends a lot of his time a scottsdale private jet company called Set Jet (next to the Scottsdale Airport) who he worked closely with Tommy Constatine who is now serving 10 years in prison for fraud. He is seen driving a white GMC Sierra dully with license plate: (((REDACTED))).

He has been spotted at OTTO car club and storage when he apparently has some cars stored there. Eric Edenholm, his ex-wife Jaynette Denham and his daughter Zoe Edenholm who has a failing racing career are all inter-connected in this fraud.

Do NOT get scammed! Google search him and you will find a hand full of people with active lawsuits but if you dig around you will find many more people who also were scammed by this con-artist.
