Eric Lenze is deceitful and omits facts when recruiting brokers for the various 3PL's he has worked and works for. When working with Globaltranz, one of the main facts he would omit was bout the "Bad Debt Reserve" that every broker was obligated to contribute to.
He jumped to WFX Logistics because he got fired from Globaltranz. He recently left WFX Logistics under a cloud of suspicion with regards to his employment contract and decitful practices while employed by them. I would not trust a word he says, as this has been his entire work history, even prior to entering transportation.
He was fired by Morgan Stanley and was sued/taken to arbitration by former clients, and was forced to declare bankruptcy. All of this is public information. There are many other 3PL's that would not employ a person such as this, that offer the same, if not better platforms for you to grow your business.
