Beware of Eric Moore and Ashley Kays Moore from Kissimmee, Orlando, Florida.

Their former company is Cre8tiveConsultants with URL :www.cre8tiveconsultants.com Their site is no longer online since late last year in 2008. They also have another company called Nerds Agency. URL is http://www.nerdsagency.com/  They offer internet web marketing services like web development, web designing, SEO or Pay Per Click. Eric Moore claims to be a PHP programmer while Ashley Kays Moore is a web designer and programmer. Ashley Kays Moore is also a member of numerous freelance sites like oDesk, GetAFreelancer and LINKEDIn.

i was hired to do web designing by Eric Moore. Our agreement is a monthly fixed salary. This would mean I get paid for the work rendered whether the design was approved or not. Here is a link to our agreement:

I was only paid on the first month but did not get paid the month after.

We only communicated via email and chat and here's the last communication I got from Eric Moore stating that he will pay me:

Here's a photo of Ashley Kays Moore;

They are not answering all my follow up emails and online chats which was quire rude. I also got in touch with another freelancer who was also scammed by Eric Moore. You will noticed from the Nerds Agency the site does not have much content on projects or designs they have completed which is dubious.

Avoid doing business with Eric Moore and Ashley Kays Moore. Freelance Web Developers, Web Designers DO NOT deal with these rude people.

Amicable Solution for the Spirit of Christmas

AUTHOR: Mancom - (Philippines)

POSTED: Thursday, November 05, 2009

Dear Ashley Moore,

To summarize, there were multiple projects I did for the first half of April which were completed in a timely manner before the last major project that was not completed came. About the submission of workhours, I have an email from Eric that he trusts me and that I am not the type of freelancer who submits inflated workhours. I also sent an email to Eric telling him that I do not have advance skills in coding and he knows about this when he gave me the last major project. I also have an email from Eric mentioning that he gave me a tight deadline on the last project and the next time he will just give me graphics work and not coding stuff. There was no discussion or any agreement between Eric and myself about issues of subpar work but we both acknowledged the last major project was not completed. And Eric mentioned that I will be paid from my last communication with him. As mentioned I am flexible with ciients regarding payments and open to an amount that is fair for both sides.

Moving forward, I will no longer obligate any payment from you or Eric as I have stated before that all is forgiven being a Catholic. Also I noted that though from your posting I was labelled as an extortionist and slanderer which also hurt me, I took note of the courtesy and politeness from you which was the good part. I appreciate your offer to settle this amicably and since the Christmas spirit is around the corner; there is no need for you or Eric to pay me and let us move on amicably.

Peaceful Resolution

AUTHOR: ashleymoore - (USA)

POSTED: Monday, November 02, 2009

Sy,
This is Ashley Kays Moore. I haven't done anything to you personally and was not part of any transaction between you and Eric. Eric would not intentioally cheat you - he is not like that. Please understand that it is very easy to be taken advantage of as a small business. It can be hard to identify if someone is working as promised or inflating hours unfairly. If we receive subpar work that is not accepted by the client this costs us time, money, credibility and much more.

If you knew me, you would know that I am a person of integrity, compassion and care very much about what I create or am part of.

I very much want to resolve this. I have to admit, that as far as I know work was not completed and it sounded like potential extortion or harassment. I heard that you sent hundreds of emails, posted negative messages, etc. What would you think if someone did that to you?

I will definitely work with you to resolve this issue.
I was also raised Catholic and conider myself a kind and fair person. I have never cheated anyone and especially have never cheated anyone intentionally. I am not a bad person and do whatever I can to help others. I work on designs because I love it and have a passion for it.

I appreciate that you said you will no longer post negative things about myself, my family or Eric's company.

Your postings have hurt me and embarassed me.

Lets come to an agreement. Please email me and i will work out a resolution with you. I know that there is a peaceful solution to this.

Rebuttal to Ashley Moore and Eric Moore

AUTHOR: Mancom - (Philippines)

POSTED: Sunday, November 01, 2009

Dear Ashley Moore,

I am responding to your rebuttal. My work arrangement with Eric Moore was a retainer fee based on work rendered for that month. And I have email communications from Eric Moore stating that he gave me a task that was not part of the skills I had and that he was satisfied with my work. I also have sent an email to Eric Moore that I have limited skills on some tasks which he acknowledged. On May 5, on my last communication with Eric Moore, he assured me that I will be paid but after that Eric refuses to answer my follow up emails. Both of you actually did not want to answer to my emails for more than a year now. And Ashley, there was a time when you were online thru chat but you also refused to answer my chat message. I felt offended and treated rudely. And I gave Eric Moore more than a year to respond and fix this.

And we are just talking about a small amount of money. I was open to compromises like Eric Moore does not have to pay me the full amount. It might just be about $170+ ( hundred plus dollars ) , might have been less depending on what we have worked out that's fair for both of us. But what happened was after Eric telling me I will be paid, he just "disappreared" did not want to settle this. I know your company hiring Filipino freelancers saves you a great deal of money comparing to hiring an American freelance designers which is understandable. But this does not mean anytime Eric can abandon a business transaction.

I totally disagree that this is slander or extortion or harassment.  I always email my ciients acknowledging that i have received payment. And payment senders have documented papers, maybe digital showing that they have sent the payment. And Eric's reasoning that this demand for payment will go on and on is not a valid reason at all.

In conclusion, if Eric does not want to pay it is up to him. That's not my problem anymore. I move forward,  and decided that I will no longer post anything about you or Eric Moore. As a Catholic, I believe in forgiveness to the people who have done me wrong.  And if you do your work diligently and do business honestly people are going to find out.

I also have to advised you that in case freelancers approach me and consult me on the reputation of clients or companies that hire freelancers. If by chance they will ask me about Eric Moore, I have to tell them what really happened based on facts. Just to be clear on this.

Extortion of Nerds Agency Ashley Kays Moore & Eric Moore

AUTHOR: ashleymoore - (USA)

POSTED: Tuesday, October 27, 2009

This posting is very unfair. I feel that this person is trying to extort money from myself, Ashley Kays Moore and Eric Moore.

Initially I thought the best way to deal with this situation would be to leave the hornets nest alone, but I've seen that this person is posting additional negative information in an attempt to extort money from us.

When I first discovered this posting I felt very upset and hurt. I thought why would this person post informaton about us. I told Eric, pay that person so they will stop harassing us. He said that we can't pay someone who is trying to extort money or it will never end.

Unfortuately this posting is very unfair because this is not from a customer. We do not have any unhappy customers or postings that are negative in regard to services offered.
This is simply a labor dispute. This person did not fulfil their obligation - producing legitimate work, yet he demanded payment.

Small companies cannot survive if employees do not fulfill their end of the bargain as well. This person did not fulfil their responsibilities and the ties were severed. This person has harassed us and tried to extort money from us for months.

This is a very unfair posting and I would say in return to potential employers or those looking for freelances, beware of freelancers or employees that would take things to this extent to prove a point - even unjustly.

Sy Spencer, Please stop harassing us and posting embarassing materials about us.
I'm sure that we can come to a fair resolution and part ways more amicably.

I have not bothered you in any way. Please do not bother me or my family.
Everything that you post can be unfairly used against us, causing others to form unfair opinions.

Sites like this can be very dangerous for vindictive or disgruntled freelancers or employees. This is extortion and slander.
