elizabethsilvia86: well i want to advance in my current company, i have already crossed over to other departments to broaden my skill set. I am officially in the quantitative research department and work with numbers all day.
elizabethsilvia86: but lately I have spent some time in the qualitative research and fielding departments. I just want to grow professionally in general. be a jack of all trades there.

elizabethsilvia86: I enjoy market research. my boss says I have a natural talent for it. In 5 years, if I can afford it, I may go back to get an MBA.

eric.price25: As for your duties, they will be as follows: Your Primary duties include: Preparation of Balance sheets (Mini), account balancing, invoicing recording, proper data analysis of sales records and recording pay slips into accounting database all these will be done through the use of the Accounting Software.
Secondary duties: Now, your secondary daily duties would be to report to your Supervisor, who would be attached to you online, He/She would assign logs of duty daily and you would be required to work according to instructions, using the Microsoft Office tools and the Accounting software. Now the function of the Accounting software is to arrange, formalize and manage the data you have processed, sent to your supervisor via E-mail.
