Erie Construction Stop Calling Me! toledo, Ohio

Erie Construction has called me dozens of times. It is a nationwide company based in Toledo, Ohio. They have my cell phone number because a rep came to our house unsolicited to ask if we needed any repairs. I mentioned we might get a kitchen renovation. Since then, they have kept calling and the frequency has escalated in the past month. It came to the point where I started writing down times and names. I finally asked to be taken off their call list. I have continued to get calls. Then I told the rep that if they called again, I would file a complaint with the BBB. I have started to do this every time they call. I also called their home office at 419.472.4200 and asked to be taken off their call list.

They call my cell phone so with each call, it costs me money. I just want them to stop calling me! Because of their aggressive solicitation campaign, and lack of care for their potential customers in honoring my request not to be called, I will never use this company! I ask that you do not either.

I understand they need to get customers, but asking four times not to be called again is three times too many. I suspect I'll get more calls. I will get the name of the rep, and I will complain again thru the BBB and I will call the company directly each time it happens. If I have to, I will retain a lawyer for harassment.
