Erie Insurance Cannon Insurance ripoff fraudulent billing Erie And New Castle, Pa Office At Cannon Insurance Company Pennsylvania

I purchased car insurance for my daughter and I. 5 months later they added 636.00 dollars to my bill because my daughter had speeding tickets back in 99 and 2000. They had her license # upon registration and purchase of car insurance. I refused to pay as I thought they should have done this in the beginning. They added 120% surcharge also. I wrote to the attorney general. Their surcharge should only be 90%. Erie feels I should have to pay the remaining balance. I was forced to sign a release form on my daughter 5 months into the policy. Cannon ins., in New Castle, PA said they overlooked the form several months ago and that I should have signed the release form then, yet they continued to bill me with them 120% surcharge. This is not my fault that someone was not doing their homework at Cannon Insurance. I dropped them but they continued to still bill me.
