Erik Zutrau Liar Rip off artist Scammer From Brookline Massachusetts

For over five (5) years, I have had to endure this report on my name (Erik Zutrau) because there is no way to remove it. The claims and allegations don't exist in reality or even in the report itself!   I have requested the anonymous author ("Tom" from Chatham) to please identify himself and his "SPECIFIC" claims. 

So, for five years, no response, no last name, no specific complaints.  Only the original post which slanders me as a "liar, rip-off artist, and scammer from Brookline, Massachusetts".

How is this fair?  It's not.

You can see from my other attempts in the previous rebuttals, I have tried to cover every conceivable cause and cure for this action on behalf of the complainant Tom from Chatham.  And in return, I have gotten nothing for a response.

Perhaps one day "Tom from Chatham", you will have to endure something like this and then you will know how this feels, to be slandered like this with no real way to stop it from continuing to happen.

Who are you "Tom" of "Chatham"?  Why won't you identify yourself and come forward and make a specific complaint?  You don't think there is anything wrong with calling people names like "scammer", "rip-off artist" and "liar" on the internet?  Based on what?  What is your actual complaint?  What do you allege that I did?  Or didn't do?  So, for a long time, I am going to have to put up with this character assassination because you have decided that you will just post damaging and erroneous statements and you will not back up your claims and statements and you will not respond to my rebuttals?  Why can't you just come out and respond?  There really should be a process by which these statements cannot go living on the Web without verification.  Certainly, you have done nothing to verify your claim or make it real in any way whatsoever, you are an anonymous poster who says things and does not respond.  That is the definition of an irresponsible coward.  Come forward, Tom from Chatham, come forward and make some kind of intelligible claim that I can respond to.  Come forward and be a real human being instead of a phantom sniper.  Any matter you have, I'm ready.  I've asked you for a long time to come forward and only silence.  Are you sure you want to settle whatever matter you allege is outstanding between us, or do you just want to lurk in the shadows and take shots a me?  I guess we will see what kind of human being you are by your response. 

Tom, whoever you are, please step forward and identify yourself and what specific complaint you have about not getting paid, I'm sure we can work out any issue but I can't even attempt to address it if I don't know who you are, and what I allegedly owe you. You really should take the step to do this, you have made very broad negative characterizations and damaging statements about me without a way for me to cure this or even know what you are talking about. That doesn't seem right, does it? 

This is most unfortunate.  I have hired many people over the years and if you check with any of them, my biggest flaw is I sometimes pay ahead of getting the work done.  Many workers owe me money!  I don't ever leave workers in a position to say I didn't pay them. 

Can you please assist me to find out who made this report and his specific complaint against me.  The report contains a claim of non-payment for work but is not specific nor does the author provide his last name of company or any contact information. 

Then he infused the title of the report with words like liar, scam artist and rip-off artist. If he is going to call me all those names on the internet, shouldn't he at least let me know who he is and what I did to cause him to do this? 

That is all I am asking.  Contact information of the author, so I can begin a dialog with him, and a more specific complaint.  What work did he do for me, and what is he owed if anything?
