Erly Family Solutions LLC Katy Erly Misleading Website, Infuriating Treatment, Not Recommended for Families with Serious Issues Prince Frederick Maryland

The website is very misleading, it appears as if the mediators actually care about their clients and resolve serious issues in a reasonable manner of time - but don't count on it. They will send you rude emails and order you not to bother them - when you try to contact them outside of sessions. Don't expect phone calls or emails to be returned until your problem you were contacting them to try and avoid has already blown up and unless you actually reach a boiling point and threaten action - at which point they will power trip and cut you off rather than have basic human compassion and help.

This organization has a monopoly on mediation and gets business by court order from divorce judges in Calvert County. I recommend writing a letter to the Governor and County Executive to ask them to find other options than this company - if you too are treated like complete pond scum - which is how my spouse and I are being treated. 

The website says they will resolve family issues in 6-12 hours???? Ha - we are still at no resolution after almost a year working with this uncaring firm - it's appearing to be that the organization wants to keep us locked in as bread and butter business for them - while the kids are practically adults at this time, we've been in mediation to no avail for so long - and no visitation to date.
