ERNIE PALMER TOYOTA THE MANAGER JAMES HOLLOWAY LET ME KEEP A CAR FOR ALMOST 2 MONTHS TO JUST TELL ME IT WAS NOT APPROVED. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. HE HAS MESSED UP MY CREDIT FOR ALL THE LIES HE TOLD ME. THEY SHOULD BE SUED FOR THIS. JACKSONVILLE Florida

 Ernie Palmer is the absolute worst car dealership on earth! This is the most horrible experience I have ever had. The manager James Holloway is a complete liar. I came in with a problem wanting to get a new car. He played and jerked me around for 2 months just to say in the end he couldnt finance me. I am out a car, my credit is even more messed up and through it all he never showed compassion for totally ripping me off! I will never recommenc this dealership to anyone! I feel they should be sued or shut down for this type of business practice.

First off unless u are the actual dealer I was working with u need to shut the h*ll up because u have no idea what u are talking about! I already had a car that I had been paying on for 3 years with no problems. I told him everything upfront and no my credit is not perfect but i would have taken my business elsewhere hadnt been a liar & told me the truth that he couldnt finance. I dont know if u work for ernie palmer or u just one of its cheerleaders or mascots either way u need to find something better to do. I will get another car but Im going to do everything I can to make sure no one else get hustled by these disrespectful cowards & thieves. He didnt let me keep the car because he was working hard...he was a plain & simple liar. I dont know why u going so hard for this man unless u have some type of intimate relationship with him. It doesnt matter who u are or who sent u to be an advocate for the worst car dealership but your a coward too. Again I will be taking all the necessary steps to get the word out about ERNIE PALMER TOYOTA...THE ABSOLUTE WORST DEALERSHIP ON THE PLANET. I hope that place never sales another vehicle. It is the dealership's fault. No reputable dealership would allow a potential customer to drive off of the lot with any car until the dealership was 100% certain that the sale was approved by a financial institution. Many Toyota dealerships all over the USA will send customers out in a vehicle KNOWING that the person will not be approved.

These Toyota dealerships are hoping that the individual will be able to get a cosigner in order to get the deal approved. They want the customer to 'fall in love' with the car, and then do everything possible in order to get a cosigner. Feel free to send a copy of your Ripoff Report and any other information to your Attorney General. You can 'Google' this- FLORIDA ATTORNEY GENERAL, and all of the information is available on the web.

 Obviously you had bad credit from start. The fact that they worked with you for over two months tells me that they were doing everything they could to get you financing. The problem is NOT them. It sounds like NO financial institution would take your note. This is NOT the dealerships fault. This would be on you and your payment history. YOUR credit issues is what caused you to not have a car.

So dont get mad at them. By all information YOU have presented, they went above and beyond. It was YOUR s***** credit history that stopped you from getting a vehicle. Sorry to tell you this, but SOMEONE has to point the truth out here. I understand that you are upset, but thats no reason to blast them for doing everything they could to assist you.

Maybe next time you want to blame someone for YOUR problems, you should start with yourself. It was YOUR descions that led you to this situation. Since no fiancial institution would work with you, you may need to address YOUR credit history. And your payment history.
