 Finally got off of erotic monkey. There are a few steps. First try sending the request for temporary to "George" at info@eroticmonkey.com. Send it direct from your email to his email. Do not use the contact link on the site. You will need to attach a clear selfie that shows your face holding up a piece of paper with today's date and your EMID number. That number can be found right under your name on the profile. Also hold up three fingers. I ended up sending the request 4 times and not really hearing anything back except getting the same email for the same request. After not getting any type of real response I ended up filling out an abuse form that can be found at https://www.cloudflare.com/abuse. You have to check the violent threats and harassment button. Fill out the form and send that. They can't remove it themselves but they get in touch with the website owner and with the host. After filling out the form mine was removed within 5 minutes.
