ESBI charged my phone bill 14.95amo for voice mail serv i didnt order Internet

this co. started billing me for service i never ordered thru my phone company their service is voice mail service and they charge $14.95 a month plus start up fees when i called them they asked who was only using my fisssrst letter of my first name then my last name .then they ask me if my address was -------- and i said no it wasnt and i did not order or want this service nor have i used their service so please credit my phone co account.so for those of you who dont look at your phone bills start cause your bill doesnt go up it just has third party billing on it
