On July 30, 2008, i won the auction for a 2008 Saturn Outlook (((Redacted))) No where on this auction page does it say that this car was in an Accident, the condition says FLAWLASS which in the real case is far from flawless. Even after ordering a CarFax report it said the car was free from any issues, WRONG, after running a AUTOCHECK report, the car came up with a ACCIDENT/POLICE REPORT that in fact the 2008 Saturn Outlook was in a major accident in February 2008 in Chattanooga, Tennessee. This was never disclosed on the Ebay Auction page, nor was i ever informed with conversations with Lester Adams, yes that's right LESTER ADAMS the sales person who told me the care was perfect.
I believe that this is Consumer Fraud and False Advertising, i have tried to work with Ebay but with no luck and directly with Yes, Lester Adams, and was advised by him to ship the car back and he would sell the car and once sold i would get my money back, imagine that, get ripped off and have to pay to get my money back, imagine that.

This is a very SPECIAL COSTUMER on wich he was never happy since the first moment he bought the vehicle, he wanted the vehicle to get to his home from Miami, Fl to California in 4 days wich is impossible, he told me that for me to pay for his vacations ($3000.00) he also wanted us to pay for a rental car ($300) but then he change hs'e mind and said for us to give him a free DVD UNIT other wise he will put a negative feedback thru EBAY.
We gave him a ($600) DVD and return his ($500) Deposit then he contact EBAY saying to give him more money other wise he will give us a negative feedback we have prove of everything because must of all was done thru EMAIL we show him and everything came out to the truth, this guy is an OPPORTUNIST, DISHONEST person that likes to de bad business...

If you read what he says before about ESCALADE LEASING CORP and LESTER ADAMS you could tell that hi is a faker and a Opportunist that want everything for free, Escalade Leasing Corp is a Honest Business that try to help there costumer as much as possible but they will not be Black Male for a guy that thinks that he is too smart to get away with everything he wants...
