What a scam!!!!!!!!!!
The salesman was good he was quite convincing we decided to go with his product which was a silver film insulation it all sounded good $10000 For 2 houses it was supposed to save at least 25% on the electric. There were a few slips by Pete but as I said he was good. The big white flag was when he said they were busy but when he got the credit card it was scheduled for the next morning.
After Pete left the wife turned to me and said "Have we just been had?"
Well with that I jumped online and lo and behold complaints allover.
Needless to say I called Pete's Cell and told him to forget it (he told us he was  staying in a hotel) it was 1.30am  and he was driving home apparently (another slip) he was a little peturbed but seemed OK. At 8am the next day somebody called from the office and tried to find out why we cancelled I just told him "because" he wouldn"t take that as an answer so I hung up immeadiately Pete called again and we explained it to him.
At 9.30 a small unmarked suv with 4 guys rolled up and tried to start work when we told them we had cancelled the night before they had no idea no calls from the office!!!
It now gets worse we called the credit card company and the charge had been posted approx 10 mins after Pete left of course we disputed and BOA SAID THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT THANK GOD FOR BANK OF AMERICA!!!!
The next morning at 10am a credit card prossessing company called and asked how we liked the work that had been performed and we told them no work had been done as we had cancelled it but apparentely that did not matter as they posted the charge to the credit card anyway we are currently trying to find which company this is (BOA will know).  We also had to cancel the credit card too they write down all your numbers including the back numbers.  So I can positively tell you do not use this company all it is is a scasm!!!!

It is a Scam!!

I wish I had seen this report before. About a year ago my wife and I were looking to find ways to cut our electric bill. We came across eshield which seemed to be the answer. A sales guy came over and much like the earlier report says he was very good. At first they said it was going to be $10000. He then said that they could bring it down to $7500. After looking at my electric bills he said that was not good enough because the price per month would be higher than the 25% savings promised. He called their office. He came back with a price around $5000 but we had to get it installed tomorrow. Again I should have run away but man he was a good salesman. After he left my wife and I had similar reaction. "Did we just get had?" I called first thing in the morning to cancel our order. No one answered the line so I left a message. The installation guys showed up anyways. I told them that I had canceled my order. They called their office and then I get a call. The guy on the line offers to drop the price to a little over $4000 and again says they have a 25% savings guarantee. If we don't see the savings they will refund the money. I go ahead and let them install it. After a year we have seen only a 4% savings!!!! That is also after installing a new AC unit. Before that we didn't have any savings so I only contribute our savings to the AC NOT to eshield. I submitted my full years electric bills to Home Makeover Systems ( This used to be Great Southern Water Treatment they changed their name after too many complaints and have already racked up 10 in the past year on the BBB not including mine. Wish I would have seen that too) Beth at Home Makeover Systems didn't seemed surprised that I was calling about our eshield not working. After she looked over my bills she called me back saying that I was getting my refund. A refund of $465!!!! Barely over 10% of the cost of the eshield. She then rather rudely explained that the refund was only a 1 time offer of up to $500 of the difference of first year savings and in order to get the refund I have to sign away any further liability of Home Makeover Systems. I told her that I was promised a full refund. She then explained that in the fine print it says differently and that they are not held to any verbal guarantees. So now I am screwed out of $4000 because a very shady company smooth talked me past signing the fine print. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Home Makeover Systems or whatever they are going to change their company name to tomorrow. I hope this helps save someone else from what I have gone through.

 She herself is and has been on the no-backbone forefront of 80% of great southern water treatment issues in the past number of years. She alone has caused far 2 many complaints from water filtration customers of GSWT that it would take up way 2 much space 2 write out. Don't be fooled folks!  USe your own bank's, Credit unions and/or cash!!  NEVER-EVER, EVER use an institution of finance from them if you are to purchase anythiing from this current name sake or the one they will change to next week.

*****She specifically has showed and told new service tech's hired, the best ways 2 lie, cheet and con the custmer base during their weekly and daily routes. This ladie has ZERO back bone, and cares less what you think or feel. It's all about the money. YOUR'S into their pocket. By hook or crook!!! 

MANIPULATION AND DECEPTION is the front line of anything GSWT has ever done, and in any company or product that they shift into, and Kristen Webb is merely tool for it. Say lie down, and she will lie down, say rip them off and she will rip them off, say swallow, and she will swallow. 

*They are well known to install inferior product in both water filtration and early on for E-sheild as well. 

"PRODUCT SWITCH" is one of their best known saying's around there. 

Since being forced to drive a differant product now since they burned most their bridges in the water filtration end. They now push what I'm sure BIG AL call's "THE gOD OF ALL insulation"......E-Sheild!

Sure the product itself is good, it's o.k., and if you can sell it...so be it. 

But for what they charge you? 

 *****They were on the news alredy numerous times for blatent lies about the product. Just check out Some local news stations and punch in their names...(both old and new).

They've told peopl that they need it when they didn't, they fudged the testings surrounding the need for it. They spoke of 40% savings guarenteed !!!!!!!  But were FORCED after being put on the news and hidden cameras AND by the owner of E-Sheild himself to state only ....Up To 25%.

Up TO 25% is a far cry from 40 Guarenteed isn't it folks?????

& how many of you know of the product being installed improperly???? I personally know of at least a dozen + homes where it was done totally backwards and a dozen more that were done with multpli srew ups!!!  Guess what....that money loss too them is how much they'll screw the next guy for, including their own employees if need be.

*THERMONICS????? Which was and is A.K.A. Puronics Orlando, Tampa, JAcksonville and Great Southern Water Treatment, and E-Sheild Orlando and IQ Power.

They have  an O.K. product (this aluminum foil if you will), installed in "homes already built",   VS. doing it the right way when said home is built.  Which would be laid over the truss/rafters (similar to tar paper being laid upon your roof), & tacked to them with a slight dip inbetween, and then the ply-wood is put on.  But it can also only be done properly if your home is at a sertain pitch level!!!!

 If part of your home can be done in the HOPEFULLY proper manner, but another even smaller portion cannot....they will bypass that fact, install it anyway, and not tell you that your energy saving will not be 1/2 of what they should be because you "ENERGY" will be leaking out of that small portion that is the wrong pitch for it to be installed porperly on.

So yes, in a manner of speaking, you may want and feel you need it, but not at their blown up prices, and not with their finnancing instaitutions, nor at their percentage rates either.  You want E-Sheild, I'm sure their is a better solution/product that will work just as well. I'm sure if E-Sheild is a must have for you, but call the owner of the E-Sheild product himself and ask, and that isn't FAT ALBERT MOSES in longwood or any other branch sales office he temporarily opens.  

Even if you did go with  Longwood "THERMONICS"/"E-Shield????? How do you know if all the prodcut they use is brand new??  I've known them to personally use previously removed product from a cancelled sale again on anothers home! Is the integrity of that product worth the $10,000.oo + interest they may choke you for???? 

& P.S. folk's let's get one thing straight........Great Southern Water Treatments newest avdenture, now a maybe just over 1 1/2 yrs old or so, isn't installed by them!  It is and has been previously contracted out.  GSWT, Puronics of Orlando,   and/or "Thermonics?" if thats the company name of the week, sell's it only and another comes in and does the actual work. Posssable for the paperwork to have changed and/or merged somehow inbetween since the parting of ways....although I doubt it.

But they also do not have a "FLEET of trucks either" as spoken of by kristen.

*The one older guy that is a service tech that is employed there just a cpl weeks ago, ate at a local resturant that I work part time at too help pay for expensive college school books and tuition and he pulled up in a blank truck. No advertisment, no numbers no name.....nothing!   SO where are this great companies logo's and 1800 #'s and guarentees........NOT EVEN ENOUGH TO PUT ON A VEHICLE THAT THEY HAVE.    WHY? BECAUSE THEY ARE IN EVERY ESSENCE A SCAM AND FILLED WITH MERE SCUM EMPLOYEES W/ THE SOPE EXCEPTION OF POSSABLY TWO. 

They have a 1/2 a dozen + pieces of crap vans that are old and run down that sit there, maybe three AT BEST are used for water filtration purposes, the rest as anyone in the area knows just sit's there.  They get paid off the top by the suckering of you and your contract regarding the actual SALE of the new product. & Basic water filtration work on older equipment.

They will also offer you a free water filter in the deal for E-Sheild if you want and that what it takes to sucker you into a sale of it......, but then you are obligated for high maintenance cost on that water filter as well when you can get another quality water filter in your hime for 1/3 the cost and it will last 2x as long!!

Hell AL MOSES himself for years and years has never even had a PURONICS.IONICS unit at his own home. He has a separete Carbon tower and Softner.  2 tank's that are both simply a fleck 5600's.   SO why would you let your self be suckered into a free expensive mess just to be suckered into another expensive not done right mess????????????? 

Credit card's????? I've personally watched Kristen charge on customers card's inflated prices in the past, I've been asked by her personally in the past if there was any possability after looking at the unit,  of  being able to charge the customer for any extra's that they didn't want, need, or ask for and just say that it was a necessary fix, replacement or serviced. & If you don't let yourself get stuck in the booty shoot by her and them at way too high of a cost.......you have no warrenty right's and everything will be alot more extra than it was the time before. 

Kristen Webb....? Customer Service Manager....?    =JOKE!   I know all of them and their bait and switch system, and they with the sole exception of maybe two of them.....are scum.  The only two or three they employees they even have left for the water filtration portion of things for service techs......One is a total looser thief drug addict who smokes pot 24-7 at work and on your property........, the other doen't smoke himself.....he just sell's it.     & the other older guy is acually is the only remotely close thing they have left to a human being that works there.  

Lord I'd hate to see the newest list of contracted workers they have install your 40% savings guarenteed aluminum foil?????

Kristen knows how they re-fill bag's of proprietary Puronic Hygeine with bottem grade material/re-seal them and they use sub par product it the customers water filtration unit's. She knows the expensive unit's they have sold that are "USED", She knows about the building of faux defender unit's in the back room and calling it a proprietary piece of equipment when it's not......  Kristen is still with FAT ALBERT MOSES for 3 reason's......




   "Sit ubu, Sit........good dog".

 Kristen is literally the last person that one should trust.

The power of the internet.  An amazing technology that allows for any person to write whatever they want to with no recourse.  When in all fairness they do this because they speak behind the cloak of anonymity because they dont want public admonishment when the REAL truth is toldnot the media hype that is intended by their slanderous accusations!  This customer has quite the poison pen. He would like to insinuate that eShield is a company offering scam service. He unfortunately finds himself floating in a sea of ONE! EShield is a reputable company offering beneficial savings to 1,000s of customersand this man alludes to there being tons of complaints online about us. Yes there are complaints listed but when you read them you will find it is him or her, the same perpetrator,  that has cut and pasted the same memo on multiple sites; the same perpetrator that I am choosing to respond to.
Pete is a great representative for our product. We stand behind our promises for saving and we are a very busy business. I dont know why this customer would find it shocking that we would want to install this product he purchased the following day after purchase I personally wouldnt want to spend $10000 and wait a week for installation. I would want my saving potential to start as soon as possible! This is the first time I have seen someone complain about NOT being inconvenienced.
He complains about an unmarked truck appearing the day after his purchase to install his equipment. We were able to open up several new routes that week (unbeknownst to Pete) because we were able to purchase several new fleet trucks that hadnt been detailed with our logos yet;  giving way to service our installation demands with ease.
This person alludes to scrupulous activity on his credit card. The finance manager ran the credit card the morning after purchase NOT the night before as insinuated, before the installers arrived, as WHICH business wouldnt want the safety net knowing that the potential buyer gave valid payment terms for the $10,000 in product. Most businesses WONT let you leave with product in hand without having paid first! This customer takes credit for having cancelled his transactions with BOA as if there was a conflict over him getting his payment back. To be completely fair and truthful, BOA never had the opportunity to submit a payment dispute as the money was returned to the card before they could have processed the paperwork.  The company that called to verify the installation was not aware of the cancellation, knew that it was installed and was calling in the best interest of the customer to ensure they were happy with the process so far. The whole cancellation process happened in the matter of a few hours. The customer is failing to accurately mention the time tables of any of the preceding events and alludes to this happening in a drawn out process when the entire occurrence unraveled and was resolved in a matter of less than 72 hours. We neither have nor will ever hold the money on a legitimately cancelled transaction!
