ESP Chat Phony service, false advertisement, and almost wouldn't refund my money when requested. Internet

I was feeling a little down on my luck so I decided to try one of  those Psychic reading services.  I kept receiving emails advertising an offer to try one.  So I did.  I went to Wal-Mart and loaded money onto a prepaid visa.  I made the transaction for their service.  I received one free ten minute reading and access to their chat rooms for a year.  No sooner did I begin my free reading did the ridiculous service begin.  First of all my reading was bogus.  They never asnwered any of my qestions and only told me what I already knew about myself.  And when I asked them this question, "Does it have anything to do with my numerology being an 11?" 

The lady on the other end said they don't consult with minors and cut me off.  I didn't even get a chance to explain myself or respond to her to correct her.  From that moment on if I would try to reconnect with some body even if its not the same person I received the same treatment.  Kept getting cut off and ignored.  I went to their "customer care" page and sent them a message requesting a refund.  I waited for three days for a response.  I sent a message every morning requesting a refund and asking why they haven't done it yet.  No body ever replied to my request.  Finally I had to take a whole day off from work just so I can call their "customer care" phone number.  I work from 7am to 7 pm doing yard work for people and my boss is a tyrant so as you could imagine it was tough for me to be able to call them considering their office hours were from 8am to 4pm est.  I live in Central standard time.  I finally got through on the phone and I told them I had been waiting for almost a week for my refund or at least for some one to respond to my email.  They acted very disgruntled and I could here it in their voice how disappointed they were to have to actually refund some one's money to them.  This all started on around Friday the 23 Nov, 2012 and finally today, Wednesday November 28th 2012 I was able to get them to respond.  The lady said on the phone that every thing was good and that my money was refunded.  I have yet to see it in my transactions on the CC website.   All I want to do is report this to some one in authority to do something about it.   They should at least be sent notice or wanted or penalized for such poor customer service and trying to rip some one off like they did.  They literally ignored me until they had to really do some thing when I called.  And that is unacceptable.  I had to go hungry so my pregnant girlfriend could have plenty to eat for the baby inside her because I needed the money to buy food.

All this situation did was create more stress and headache for me as well as her.   I don't know if ya'll have receive many complaints about ESPchat's way of conducting business. But I have personally read online where ESPchat has done this same sort of thing to a large number of other persons.  Almost like they are "milking" people out of their money.   I know its an unstable ground dealing with psychic services. Many of them are scams.  But this one seemed legit at first. Or so I thought.
