I received a disturbing email from a Melvin Warren of Esper Law Firm, he said that the it claimant Quick Pay Day was trying to get get back a loan that I borrowed from them. The gentleman went on to say that they would be garnishing my wages, if I did not payback the sum of money that I borrowed. The email goes on about how I need to appear in court and if I did not appear then a judgement would be set forth.
