I was in a crunch and things happen in life that are out of ones control. I needed help on an essay. so I went on line for material and ideas .

payed for their serivces which they failed on the understanding on when I had a deadline on and goes straight to voicemail. it says 24/7 support Yeah right.

I will dispute the charges with my bank and hope no one else falls for this.
