Essex Holdings / Navin Xavier Ponzi scheme, failure to pay, no communication Miami Gardens Florida

My name is "Hank" which is what my friends call me and what I use as my online moniker when dealing with theives such as Dr. Navin Xavier. Dr. Xavier, if you knew your investors at all, you would know that I live in Falls Church Virginia and I have invested with Essex and their mining operation in Chile using the Barquito port to ship Iron Ore from the mine that you supposedly own. 

I am responding only to reiterate what I stated in my first post. Do not trust this man, do not give him money no matter the returns he is promising. This man has taken money from me personally and from people I know and has not communicated with us, has not lived up to his promises on interest return and is now withholding the return of principal even on notes that have matured. Under any definition of the word, Dr. Navin Xavier is a thief.

I will absolutely ammend my post the day that I hear from Dr. Navin Xavier about how he will return the money invested with him plus the appropriate interest due based on the notes that are held against his iron-ore mine. It has now been over a year since any accounting, any news, any updates on what is happening in Chile with the funds invested.

Be warned - Navin Xavier should not be trusted.

Nothing in my statement is even bordering on slander - I have stated nothing but fact and am warning any potential investors they should expect little to no communication and very suspect information... Not to mention no payments for over one year. Slander? Fact.

If you are truly investors with Essex Holdings, Inc., you would be fully aware that Essex Holdings, Inc. are the operating company in which your investments would have been structured with. You would also be aware that Essex Holdings, Inc. does not solicit investors. Third-Party financial groups, whom you would have communicated with, would be responsible for receiving your financial investments and disbursing any returns directly to you. Essex Holdings, Inc. communicates solely with the Third-Party financial group appointed to raise project capital and to bring in accredited investors only. Therefore, we are very bemused to read your post. There are several issues that you raise in your posts that can only be addressed if you are in fact an investor with Essex Holdings, Inc. However, we have no record of any investor with the name "Hank" or "Andy Ward".  If we are incorrect and you are simply using another name in your post, then we request that you contact us immediately via the normal business channels since this forum would not be an appropriate arena to discuss your personal finances.

Furthermore, we do not condone public slander. The statements made in your posts are false and baseless. Any further response from our company would suggest that we support such a forum and may be in direct violation of your own financial privacy.  Therefore, we suggest you contact us immediately if you are direct investors with our company.
