Hank is not alone! I invested with Navin Xavier and Essex mining and, like Hank, have received no money for over a year. Navin Xavier seems to be a crook, a liar and a thief. He has taken millions of dollars in investments in his mining operation and has refused to communicate with his investors.  Investors now fear that he is trying to produce an entirely bogus “accounting” to justify stealing his investors’ money.

He announced last year that he was investing $50 million in a rice packaging plant in Marion County. He has taken more than $1 million in government grants but where is the rice? At least they made diapers in Mullins SC. Hank mentioned problems with the mining operation in Chile: well, over the last year, it looks as though Navin Xavier has been mining iron ore in Chile and shipping it out without telling his investors.

Where has that money gone? Last summer, after Navin Xavier stopped paying investors, he held a huge extravagant wedding in Breakers hotel in Palm Beach. Where did that money come from? Do not give any money to Navin Xavier. He is completely dishonest and untrustworthy.

Essex Mining and Baker Oil: Are Rats are leaving the sinking ship?

AUTHOR: - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, March 25, 2015

Essex Directors Rick Alberty and Anthony Baker have founded Baker Oil, based in Covent Garden, London, England. But their website makes no mention that they are on the board of Essex Mining, based in Florida. Essex owner, Navin Xavier, is a crook who has stolen over $30 million from investors by claiming that he has over $45 million in a sugar allocation account, to back up investors who invested in his Chile mining operation; but his investors have not been paid for over two years. Where is that $45 million? Baker and Alberty are as crooked as Navin Xavier. Do not do business with them: are they using money from Essex Holdings? Given their record with Essex, Baker Oil investors should not expect their money back.

OFFICIAL RESPONSE TO A FALSE STATEMENT

AUTHOR: Essex Holdings - ()

POSTED: Monday, April 28, 2014

As a general policy, Essex Holdings Inc. does not respond to posts on this website or any other such websites in order to protect individual’s rights to privacy. We do not condone such posts and would hope that the general consensus by individuals is not to negatively defame companies using this website or such websites to obtain personal gain in matters that can be handled through proper legal channels.  In most cases, all facts and circumstances surrounding the actions of a company are not addressed in individual’s posts.  However, the post requires a company to respond which response may very well violate federal and state laws. Therefore, this website creates a disadvantage to companies and their principals. Essex Holdings Inc. will not respond to further posts through this forum but would request that any party requesting or looking for information on Essex Holdings, Inc., its subsidiaries, or Board members, contact us directly.

"Mr Hank" and "Mr. Andy Ward",

If you are truly investors with Essex Holdings, Inc., you would be fully aware that Essex Holdings, Inc. are the operating company in which your investments would have been structured with. You would also be aware that Essex Holdings, Inc. does not solicit investors. Third-Party financial groups, whom you would have communicated with, would be responsible for receiving your financial investments and disbursing any returns directly to you. Essex Holdings, Inc. communicates solely with the Third-Party financial group appointed to raise project capital and to bring in accredited investors only. Therefore, we are very bemused to read your post. There are several issues that you raise in your posts that can only be addressed if you are in fact an investor with Essex Holdings, Inc. However, we have no record of any investor with the name "Hank" or "Andy Ward".  If we are incorrect and you are simply using another name in your post, then we request that you contact us immediately via the normal business channels since this forum would not be an appropriate arena to discuss your personal finances.

Furthermore, we do not condone public slander. The statements made in your posts are false and baseless. Any further response from our company would suggest that we support such a forum and may be in direct violation of your own financial privacy.  Therefore, we suggest you contact us immediately if you are direct investors with our company.
