I have a problem with my Laptop that cannot connect to other screens with message that my AMD driver not working properly. I scanned online and Driveragent did a scan on my computer and indicated that I have drivers that did not work properly and they can fix it. I bought their service online and had a lot of difficulties installing their drivers on my laptop. They did provide technical support in loading the drivers. Once completed my Laptop still did not work with no difference. Their response was that it must be something else. I requested a refund and their response was I uploaded the drivers and therefore got my service. I suggested that I will go back to my previous Windows version discarding their drivers that did not solve my problem. They refused

My Laptop still says "change the Driver" it doesnt say the drivers working.

I have now loaded a previous version of Windows disgarding the change drivers.  I don't even have the software "Driveragent" on my laptop anymore.  I therefore not using any of the "so called" drivers from Draveragent.

What excuse are they going to come up with this time

Incorrect.

I didn't say the problem was resolved.

I said that your problem doesn't appear to be driver related.  The latest driver has been installed and the issue remains, hence not driver related.

The point of the matter is that you became a memberm updated all of the outdated drivers on your system, instead of just the one you needed, and then asked for a refund.

If you had ONLY update the AMD Graphics driver, your argument would hold more water.  But you updated everything that was out of date.  Then want a refund.

Sorry but it doesn't work that way.  Our refund policy clearly states.... Should DriverAgent fail to provide the updated device driver that we indicated is available upon scanning your hardware, we will promptly grant a FULL refund of your money.

We didn't fail.  We provided all of the drivers that we advertised were available.

Not True not resolved

This is a clear case of just simply bad customer service.

I purchased Driveragent to correct a Display problem on my laptop.  After the drivers were updated I still get a message that I can't display and need to update my drivers. My problem not resolved.

I therefore did not get the service I required.  I offered to install a previous version of Windows disregarding all 5 drivers I got from Driveragent so that i would not use any of there driver that in any case clearly does not work on my laptop.

This is fair I got no solution to my problem and no bennefit of new drivers.

Unfortunately Driveragent not prepared to do this.  Please take note of this and be careful whenever you purchase drivers or any other software online. Maybe better to stick to Microsoft, HP etc.

DriverAgent did what it is supposed to do

The customer became a member of DriverAgent in order to update the outdated drivers on their system.  They opened a support ticket for help with installing drivers.  We provided the help and got the drivers installed.

When finished, the customer had a clean scan. 0 out of date drivers.  However they still had an issue with their graphics. The issue is obviously not driver related.  The graphics driver is now updated with the latest driver and the issue is still there.  So the issue is most likely related to hardware.

The customer requested a refund after updating all of their outdated drivers claiming that the graphics issues wasn't resolved.  Driver Agent did it's job.  It updated all of the outdated drivers on the customer's system.

It is unfortunate that the graphics issue persists, but if it isn't related to a driver, that isn't something we can correct.  We provided all of the drivers to the customer and they have updated them.  The customer has no grounds for a refund of their membership fee.
