Etaxes - Steve Kassel Did not meet the agreement in the contract nor is responsive Burlingame California

We had an agreement in place from over 2 years ago and when we began the process he claimed should be easy case to handle and that payment plans should be reached within 3 months or so.

Now within the 2 years my case is still not completed.

Mr. Kassel often comes up with excuses such as his email is not working
He is sick
He is on vacation
He never received notice
Or that he has taken care of it.

Aside from the excuses he is completely unorganized and has actually lost parts of my returns.

The returns he did file did not include W2 so were incomplete and unporcessed.

He incorrectly filed recent taxes and tried to bill me for them.

Because he was late in filing the proper paperwork and setting u payments I now have a lien on me, my savings ans checking accounts were both wiped out, and I am struggling with getting the necessary paperwork together now to setup my installment papers.

He is unresponsive to any emails i have sent and this guy is as stated a ripoff artist.
