etextshop.com Total scam!!! Internet

This is a website claiming to buy and sell textbooks.   You enter the ISBN #s of the books you would like to sell and they give you a quote online.  You can then print out a postage sticker and mail them your books. 

I sent them 8 textbooks.  When they received the package, they claim that only 4 of my books were in the box and 2 books that did not belong to me were also in the box.  When I brought the error to their attention via telephone, the response I received was that "media mail is allowed to open and go through any boxed" and that was in their disclaimer.

The transaction is run on the honor system, and this company has no honor.  I did take pictures of the books I placed in the box, but the company claims the error was not on their part, and I would have to send the pictures to the postal service in Utah and take it up with them.

Bottom line,  I sent $103 worth of books to them, and they claim I am owed $50.  I still have not seen the check!
