good afternoon!  It is with great pain and dismay that I send my story to some other department in Florida and I am not sure if justice will be done!  On September 4th I went to the Ethels Hair studio in the beauty salon to be able to highlight my hair.  We agreed a price over the phone, sent photos of my hair to notify the price and closed a deal.  When I got to the salon, the salon owner who said she wasn't going to comb my hair said she couldn't because her husband had infected urine and she would go to her house to look after him and Mr. Márcio would do my hair.

 Seu Marcio took care of my hair and told me that my hair was healthy and then the work started, after 4 hours my hair was destroyed and Dona Ethel went to the salon to try to fix it by grabbing my arm and applying dark paint to cover the hair stains  from Mr. Márcio, I had to call the police to get out of here, with the local police she said that I arrived desperate with my hair destroyed and asking for help, which was not true.  I have all the conversations I had with her and I can prove that I am not lying.  and I have all of our conversations.  I paid for the service as soon as Dona Ethel left the establishment because Mr. Márcio, her employee, said that I needed to pay a little more and before he finished the service.  I paid.

 In 5 months I've been trying to get a refund and the minimum that a human being deserves is called I'm sorry for destroying your hair, they didn't even bother to speak.  I learned that Mr. Márcio did not have a work permit because when the policeman went to talk to him, Mr. Márcio replied that there were no documents.  I tried Dbpr and Bureau that did not have a good return!  Dbpr admits that Mr. Márcio did not have a certificate and 5 months later they gave the certificate, Dbpr also did not punish Mr. Márcio and the establishment for providing services without a certificate, Bbb bauru has been sending me messages for 5 months and the establishment where  I say something and the establishment counts when it wants to and just stays there.  it's frustrating and humiliating.

 I went to a place to be able to leave fulfilled and happy with what I chose, but on the contrary, I was destroyed mentally and physically.  I am a resident here in Florida, I pay tax, I am not a criminal, I went to the place licensed by these departments in Florida, I was a victim of malicious people who, instead of being punished for doing something wrong, are being protected.  I would like to ask for help to resolve this whole situation where I was the only one affected.  It was not certain what they did and it does not seem right to all the institutions that this allows.  that these people work without their licenses or responsibilities are not punished and compensate their victims.
