ETourandTravel, Inc. I've emailed and called eTourandTravel.com, but they never respond to me. I've wanted a refund, and/because they will never respond to me whatsoever! Orlando Florida

Last year, I was called on the phone by a private number,  and I usually won't answer them, but I did this time, and it was Etour and Travel Inc. I said no to him numberous times after his pitch, and after a while I finally had to hang up on him, because he was so pushy, and then really rude when I said no. The company's name again was EtourandTravel INC. Then they called back, but this time they didn't block their number, but I still didn't know who it was, so I answered, and surly didn't think it would be them again, but sure enough it was them. They said why did you hang up on me? I couldn't believe this! Anyway I said ok I have a few minutes, tell me what you're trying to offer. He said I'm not offering, I'm giving you a FREE vacation! You WON! I said okay, what about it and where? It was then when I felt it, the starting feeling when you know you are getting scammed, or there is a catch. He said it's in Orlando Florida, but not just there, you get two vacation places to go to!

I said right, so what is the catch? He said it was worth, something like $1700, but all I had to do was pay $489. I said that isn't FREE! He said it sort of is, so give me your credit card number and we can process this now. He promised I wouldn't regret this, and could also buy into a time share too! I said no, and he said yes, and back and forth we went. Finally after hanging up again, and him calling back, I gave in, thinking that I could get a refund the next day. However, that didn't happen. I called them and called them, and they would put me on hold, and never pick me back up. This happened several times. Again since then I've had two back surgeries and a year recovery time, which I am still in. I tried to take a vacation with them back in April I made a reservation for our June trip. I didn't hear back from them at all, not even yet by today. I tried to fill out their online reservations again a week later, still no word. Over and over I kept making my reservations, thinking someone should get a hold of me sometime! Still no answer, no response, and when I call and tell them I want a refund, they put me on hold and never come back to the call.

I gave him my debit card number ending in XXXX, my Account# 1569584, and my Purchase Date was on 08/20/2012.  They refuse to answer me via email or calls, and I want my money of $489 refunded as well please. I absolutely need it back!

I've had enough, I want my money back! All $489 back too! Please contact me and tell me you're going to refund my money, as I am disabled too, and told them that and they said they would accommodate me when I go there too because of me being disabled. Right, that never happened either, because I couldn't take my vacation whatsoever!! Never had one response from them all the times I emailed them, and again called them only to get put on hold and never picked back up.

Consumer's Desired Resolution:

I want a full refund for what I paid for this vacation package that I didn't want to begin with. I've had 2 back surgeries since I bought this bogus package. I say bogus, because all they want is your money, and can and will never help you at all, and will never respond to calls, reservations, or emails. The only time they will talk to you is when you agree to buy or upgrade your package. They don't want to answer questions you ask either. Again I tried to take a vacation, so I wouldn't be wasting my money, and set up my reservations, but no response again. Therefore, no vacation! I tried to reserve 3 month prior to going, but again no response at all. I just want my money back. They were pushy and wouldn't except no for an answer at all, and pretty much pushed me to buy it. They would call me daily, multiple times per day too, even after I bought the package they wouldn't leave me alone. Then when I need them, they are nowhere to be found, and won't call back, will put me on hold and never pick back up the call. I just want my refund of $489 ASAP Please! I have had enough with dealing with this company, as I believe they don't care, or if even this company is real! My Account# 1569584 and I want a refund, please!
