Long story short, he signed us up for a contract to process credit cards. He lied from the beginning on charges per comany. He was deceitful when all the information concerning contract information. I do not know which company he works for, I have his business card that states IPayment Inc.

We have been told by both I payment and First data Leasing that we are locked into a 3 year and 4 year agreement with them. After I had told him and was re assured by him that it was not to be more than two years.

I have a signed document from Eugene that states if we were unhappy within the first 90 days of getting the machine, he would come pick it up and we would not be charged anymore for anything. That was false, he picked up the machine and I have since been charged fees and the monthly lease on top of not having the machine.

He then told me to go ahead and shut down my bank account and that would be the end, because according to him there was no way to put a stop to the payments besides doing that.

Since all of this, I have tried multiple times to contact him and do not get any response. This all occured starting in August 2013
