We bought a SHOW dog full AKC registration on Feb.18,2003
We wired 1500.00 into Eugene Zelenyk bank account

Were guaranteed we would get full AKC registration - Health cert - Shot records - Pedigrees with the dog when it was shipped.

Also guaranteed us a full refund if we were not happy with the dog for any reason. In writing and verbal

Dog arrived on Feb.23,2003
NO - AKC registration
NO - Health cert
NO - shot records
NO - Pedigrees
Just the dog with a skin problem.

We contacted them on the phone from the airport
They said not to worry they would get them.

We then seen the dog start losing hair and eyes were swollen We still had no papers. We have emails and phone records we talked alot We wanted to return the dog and get our refund They assured us they would return our money

They keep putting us off. On 4-12-03 they agreed with a new contract and faxed it to us stating we would have our refund in 72 hrs.

This is now 5-7-03 and still no refund We have asked for copies of the Health cert and shot records That are required by law to send to us.

They have stated on 5-7-03 they were not sending us any of the health certs or shot records and vet information All we want is our full refund and to return the dog The dog is not a SHOW quality dog and has no papers
