Euphoria Spa Sarah Meidel Said she would refund but never did she stole my money! Granger Indiana

We have been seeing Sarah for a couple years. She has bounced around to a few places. Well this last place that she is at is called Euphoria Spa, it is ran by her and only her. We went in there before Xmas and seen her for services. She offered my husband a buy 3 get one free package. After we had purchased this package we started talking. We had noticed that she was being unsanitary so we questioned her well she went on saying she wasnt and she had never had a client talk to her that way and that we thought we were better than her. That's where my husband and I asked for a refund. She said "I am sending you a refund". Well two weeks later we received a gift certificate for services with Sarah the package that we were asking for a refund on and then was told we would be getting a refund for! Now we are out $280, and she won't answer my calls or texts in regards to this. We also went into euphoria spa to confront her and she wasn't there. Twenty minutes later i received a text saying that she had me on camera harassing other attendants and that if she saw me in her work again she would call the cops for harassing her. The place that she rents her space from said I am more than welcome to see other attendants it is just like the mall she can't stop me from coming there. Also I didn't harass anyone just asked for a sticky to leave a note for her! Would not recommend anyone come see her for services she very unsanitary at the least....I have also filed a report with the state health department in regards to her unsanitary way she does things.
