I received a letter in the mail stating that I had won a One Million Nine Hundred and Fifty Thousand US Dollars prize in the Euromillones International lottery program. I was to contact an English speaking lottery claims agent Dr. Oscar Martinez of Axxal Finance & Claims Company S.L. At the international telephone no : 011 34 604 399 462. When I called I was informed that I would have to send $950 to claim my prize and start the claims process!
