The comapny sent me a letter stating that I was to fill out a claim form and fax it back to the claim agaent. Upon reading the letter I called the claim agent and he assured me that it was legitamate. I was told that i would be sent a cahiers check via UPS and then I would be sent a bill for the agents 5% fee.

I hope you didn't include your bank account no.!

I sincerely hope you did not include any references to your bank account number or credit card numbers in your reply that you faxed!

If you did, you better close your bank account NOW and closely monitor your credit accounts for fraudulent billing....

If all they needed was a 5% agent's fee they could just deduct it from your payout before it was sent - keep a close eye on your bank account and all your other accounts!
