EUROVET - MODE CITY - INTERFILIÈRE FAILURE RIP-OFF 4-6 JULY 2015 PARIS

Eurovet / Mode City / Interfilière publishes false visitors numbers misleading honest professional and businesses like my client who exhibited at Mode City 4-6 July 2015

Mode City sent my client an email claiming that ‘’Last year in July 2014 more than 15500 buyers from 113 different countries came to visit the tradeshow’’

My client consulted suppliers, manufacturers, brands who exhibited in 2014 at Mode City / Interfilière ant they have not seen 15.000 buyers… not even 3000..

According to the official list that Eurovet sent to the exhibitors in 2014, the number is visitors during the event: 1625…. Strange. There is a BIG difference between 1625 visitors and 15 500! 15.500 is almost 10 times more than 1625.

Why Eurovet wants to give this false image? My client would have not registered to participate knowing that the true visitors number in 2014 was only 1625. 

Eurovet sent the official visitors list (which contains buyers! like Carrefour, Coop where my client do not see their products, many swimwear brands, that will not buy swimwear, and many individuals who come to the show with the purpose of offering their professional services or business, but not buying…) to the exhibitors in 2015, according to this list there were in total 1360 visitors (from whom only about 220 are considered as potential clients to my client) My client consulted exhibitors who expressed that they have not seen 14000 visitors. According to another exhibitor they doubt the numbers as they havent seen lines at ladies toilette… Other exhibitors say they could barely see anyone and they were discussing with other exhibitors. Some other exhibitor wrote ‘No of course not’ (they did not see 14000 visitors). My clients suppliers, manufacturers, exhibitors claim they did not see 14000 in 2015, they claim it was a disaster, many considering their future participation at this event.

My client requested a proof of the 14000 visitors from Eurovet, but no response.

Eurovet the international and experienced organiser was unable to provide air condition during the first day of the event. A French exhibitor expressed they felt ashamed receiving visitors in such conditions. There were not enough fans for the exhibitors. My client experienced often rudeness from the security and staff. The Eurovet staff could not speak English at an international event… Does everybody speak French? We assume not. 

Eurovet for 5000€ that my client paid was unable to clearly explain what the booth would be like. My client received again and again 3D photos that contained items that were not included.

Eurovet with all the international experience was unable to provide working internet connection during the event. My client paid for the included internet connection, but that was almost never working.

My client consulted other exhibitors and Eurovet thinks that it is not constructive. For whom? The trade show was a DISASTER, a big failure, with very few visitors, that was NOT constructive for my client. My client and other exhibitors were betrayed, and did not receive what they paid for and what was published.

My client and many exhibitors expressed their disappointment about Eurovet (who already lost exhibitors; Eurovet gains exhibitors with publishing false information). Eurovet is BIG, is is a BIG shame!

My client and other exhibitors would like an investigation about the real visitor numbers and compensation that Eurovet caused to them. There are other issues concerning the horrible event.

Honest professionals and businesses should know the truth.
