Ever Private Card ripoff Took money out of my checking account without my permission Internet

While on vacation I checked my checking account and noticed that someone had taken money out of my account without my permission so when I returned back from vacation I notified my bank they told me to try to go after the company to recoup my money and if that fail to call them back. So I got the information from my bank which was the company 1-866# phone number it was an automated system that said that I have to go to the web site to file a claim. Well I did that on June 12th and I still have not gotten any resolution. So I called my bank back and they told me that since I had authorized a pay day loan to be deposited and withdrawn from my account that company sold my information to these people and that it was nothing that they could do but advise me to close my account and send in money orders to these pay day loan people. By these people taking this money out of my account it caused me to overdraw and making me pay more than I could afford, the amount that was taken from me was $54.95 not the $49.95 which is what everybody is saying per their website and some compliants that I saw on this website.
