I am an influential person in the news and circulation industry across the United States. I plan to go all the way with my complaints and issues Evercom has posed upon me and my family unless they are resolved and my refund is given to me IN FULL. I also plan to contact the Better Business Bureau on grounds of fraud, misconduct and extortion.

To further explain my frustration this has been the biggest hassle and group of un-professional people (refund group) I have EVER had dealings with, sadly to say. I want my refund in full and I am sick of nothing being done about this.

I am disgusted with the pettiness and having to repeatedly ask for at least an explanation as to why my refund was taking so long to get back to me as it was sent to you by mistake. 35.00 went to Correctional Billing Services when it in fact should have gone to another correctional billing service.

I requested the same day it was sent to please return it...all I get back in response is the same garbage.

I find out now, over 60 days later my refund HAS STILL NOT BEEN PROCESSED. Please someone tell me why? If I have had this much trouble I can only imagine the thousands of other people with the same disgust as I have for your company right now. I am giving one last opportunity to make this right.

PS: Whomever "Paula" is (I was told she was a supervisor), refused my call by having a rep tell me she was on another call. I requested to hold for her.
After some time went by my line rang back to the rep and I was placed back on hold then disconnected.

So, I called back, gave my info and who I wanted to speak with and was disconnected again!!! I can prove this through our phone system technology at the newspaper I worked at today.

This is despicable customer service to say the very very least!!
