Everlasting Moments Decor and Design, 365 holiday crafts Rip off Facebook Internet

I ordered bouquets, corsages, & bouitneers from this business on Oct 9 2015. I was told my order would be done mid January. They insisted I pay in full online in order to get my order started & to recieve the "discounts" they were offering. Once I paid I sent them pictures of how I wanted my items look when finished. It seemed like once I paid they stopped responding to me unless I sent multiple messages. I finally wrote on their facebook wall in hopes of getting a response since a week had gone by & they ignored my message I had sent. I was starting to get really worried that I had been scammed. Not but a couple minutes after I wrote on their wall they replied to me through messenger. Another lady that had previously tried to purchase from them ended up seeing my post of their facebook wall & sent me a message through facebook warning me about this business. She told me they never sent her order & just stopped communicating with her after she paid in full like I did.

So I started to scroll through their facebook page & noticed ANOTHER lady that had the exact same problem! She had posted her complaint under a picture the business had posted. She complained she never got her order and was furious. She had to have her wedding without the items she ordered due to this so called "business." This business told me they were based out of Illinois, but their # is a Massachusetts #. They told another lady they were based out of Wichita. They would not give me an address to their business when I asked. They have zero reviews on their page from other customers receiving their items. They constantly have these huge sales & promotions all the time to & I believe that is to get people to pay upfront to believe they got this amazing deal & discount only to ignore them after payment. There are so many red flags with this business that I just did not notice till after the lady messaged me warning me about what happened with her order. Now things just are not adding up. This Business def needs INVESTIGATED.
